The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:

  • Handling inquiries via forms

The Website implements functions to collect information about users and their behavior as follows:

  • Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which is entered into the Operator’s systems.

  • Through saving cookie files (so-called “cookies”) on end-user devices.

 

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

Login areas and personal data entry areas are protected at the transmission level (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login details entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.

User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function is one-way – it cannot be reversed, which is the current standard for storing user passwords.

Automated decision-making activities, including profiling, may be taken in relation to you for providing services under the contract and for the Administrator’s direct marketing.

Personal data is transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means it is sent outside the European Union.
